Research Associate Professor and Center for Human Rights, Gender & Migration director, Kim Thuy Seelinger delivered a keynote address on June 5 at the University of Angers, France, with longtime colleague and 2018 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Dr. Denis Mukwege.
